Bad news about truffle oil…

In case you weren’t already aware, truffle oil is artificially flavored — even the expensive ones you can buy at Dean & Deluca. No real truffles in it at all: Hocus-Pocus, and a Beaker of Truffles Still better than “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter”, though…
