Italian beef is, well, Italian beef. I didn't grow up here so it's just not my nostalgic favorite thing. But it's improved tremendously by a sausage that's been grilled over charcoal stuck in the middle of it. As are most things (Rice Krispie treats, Wes Anderson movies, etc.) Get the combo.
