The 4th of July may be over, but every day’s a good day to show your patriotism by consuming a pint of Stephen Colbert’s AmeriCone Dream. This is not a joke — it’s a real Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor, and we have the video to prove it.

It’s one of my favorite Ben & Jerry’s flavors — vanilla ice cream chock full of fudge-covered waffle cone pieces and a caramel swirl, kind of like a squashed-up Good Humor cone you can get from the ice cream man. Except in this case, the ice cream man happens to be the only arbiter of truth in the media, so you know this stuff is good for you…and for America.
